We advise them on their daily running of the business together with a provision of monthly management accounts and also financial reports for their financiers.

We have also have our own packages for the preparation of financial reports for the acquisition of new hotels.

We have built up a good relationship with various financial institutions who are prepared to assist with regards to the financing of the acquisition of hotels.
